We accept personal checks, money orders,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If using a
credit card, please fill in the number and expiration date and
sign.
Shipping Procedures & Policy:
Shipment
of all products is immediate: Most every item at MOROVISION
is available for immediate shipment from our inventory. However,
sometimes back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered
we will notify you immediately that there will be a delay and
how long that delay will be. If payment is made by personal
check then shipment will be delayed until the check clears the
bank. Generally personal checks take 7 days to clear before
shipment is made.
Please Note: If your shipping address is different than your credit card billing address, please contact your credit card issuer and add the shipping address to your account as a secondary shipping address. This will not affect your credit card billing.
A.P.O. Addresses: We cannot ship to A.P.O. addresses.
Shipping - U.S. Orders
Regular Delivery - 3 to 7 Days;
We ship your order UPS Ground Track Insured. Most orders will
be delivered within 3-7 business days of receiving your order.
Next Day or 2nd Day:
Call in your order by 2:00 P.M. PST Monday-Friday for Next Day
or Second Day Service.
International Orders:
ATTENTION: Morovision
Night Vision does not export and will not assist directly
or indirectly with the export of U.S. manufactured night vision
equipment.
 Export Restrictions Warning:
Export of U.S. manufactured night vision equipment is strictly
prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S.
Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance
with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of
Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. For further information contact
the Office of Defense Trade Control @ (202) 663-1282 and / or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Export of Generation 3 night vision equipment
from the United States without a valid export permit issued
by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade
Controls is strictly prohibited and is a federal crime.
- Export of Generation 2 night vision equipment
from the United States without a valid export permit issued
by the U.S. Department of Commerce is strictly prohibited
and is a federal crime.
- Export of Thermal Imaging equipment from the United States without a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce is strictly prohibited and is a federal crime.
- It is the Buyer's responsibility to request
and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items,
and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws,
regulations and administrative policies are met.
Other Restrictions: Restrictions
on the use of night vision with a weapon vary from state to
state. You are strongly advised to learn these laws and adhere
to them. Morovision Night Vision will not be held responsible
for unlawful usage.
Customer Service
Return Policy
Customers:
Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately
upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, simply
return it to Morovision Night Vision, Inc., within 10-days for
a refund (less 15% restocking fee or full credit towards another
purchase). Shipping & handling, and COD charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of
the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect
or COD. Morovision Night Vision, Inc. is not responsible for
returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping.
Morovision Night Vision Dealers:
All Dealer sales are final.
Important: You must
contact Morovision Night Vision for a return authorization number.
Without this number, returned merchandise will be refused. This
number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure
to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned
merchandise. All items returned for exchange or refund must
be new and unused and must include the original packaging, manual
and all accessories.
Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly
in the event items are missing or damaged. Items
received by Morovision Night Vision, Inc. which have been damaged
as a result of inadequate packaging, neglect, (i.e. burned intensifier
tubes, cracked housing, cracked optics, stripped thumb screws,
etc.) will be returned to the customer.
Morovision Night Vision, Inc. reserves the
right to refuse the merchandise, re-ship the merchandise to
the customer, or charge a 25% restocking fee under the following
conditions:
1) The merchandise was received by Morovision
Night Vision after the 10-day trial period. The 10-day period
begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer
from the shipping carrier till the time that Morovision Night
Vision receives the merchandise back at its facilities.
2) The return authorization number was not
visible on the outside of the box.
3) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged,
used or scratched.
4) The original invoice was not included.
5) The merchandise was ordered by credit
card and order was canceled after the credit card was processed.
6) The merchandise was ordered but delivery
was refused by or for the customer.
